Maybe I'm just supremely unlucky, but the amount of gore spilling out of bucket and bin dispensers is becoming unfun. It's like they're body part dispensers that occasionally spit out what I need. Every time it happens (especially with the bin dispenser) it's potentially another big mess that's been spontaneously generated by the game for me to clean up. And it happens a lot. I get that cleaning's the name of the game, but doing it over and over and over and over and over again forever right next to those damn machines is not my idea of riveting gameplay. There's not even an explanation for why it happens. Again, I get that that's part of the gag, but in my frustration I reach for a rational explanation and find nothing. It feels like the game is just randomly giving me the middle finger every so often. I don't know how other players are with this game, but I make plenty of messes on my own by accident. It's fun cleaning up after my own mistakes (I say that without irony; I love that the player can knock over buckets and bins through sheer clumsiness, and that the game punishes the player for it), but I do not enjoy cleaning up the metaphorical steaming dumps the game likes to take on my plate when I have the temerity to ask it to provide me with a tool that I absolutely need in order to play the game. Maybe there are plans to award progression with better dispensers (which I can get behind) but for now, it would be a huge blessing to give me an option to turn off this feature, or maybe just adjust the frequency of it happening. Even just making the whole thing make sense somehow would be better than what's happening now. I'd be ok with the dispensers making a mess (even without any change to the frequency) if it was obvious why it happened. Like if they leaked oil or something. If it wasn't obvious from how much I care about this tiny thing, I really love this game. I'm sure the team will make the right decisions, but I just want to make sure this is on the radar. |

Know what's hilarious? They JUST reduced the chances of this happening. Seriously, an update or two ago. Before? Happened 4 outta ten times you hit the damned thing—or at least it seemed that way. |

im fine with the guts coming out, its comical and fun.. at first. i think the reason why people don't like this feature is because it punishes them for doing nothing wrong, sos once the comical nature of it has past, then cleaning up the small messes at the machines is way less fun than cleaning up the massive messes in the rest of the facility. what im trying to say is.. keep the feature, but make it so it only happens once in a blue moon, not 5 times in a row. |
