I am probably going to cause the internet to melt down, eh... I've been considering suggesting this and, well, can't *hurt* to suggest, worse case, you can round file it.
How about a house of ill repute? Given Dolly can do a movie about one and it's only PG it *can* be done safely and sanely with out causing the community to melt down over ratings and content.
Could base it off of the movie by Dolly Parton, say, if I remember it was a tv evangelist trying to shut down the house of ill repute. So maybe some fanatic decides that sacrifices must be made to make the world cleaner and does what Goldberg does in the intro to Santa's Slay ? IE: he kills everyone at a Christmas dinner then proceeds to continue killing other sinners, even wipes out a topless bar. Fun movie, not much plot, but still fun.
