| Post subject: | MAC --- PC multiplayer |
Just wondering why there is no cross-platform gameplay allowed? Is there ever going to be such a thing? I genuinely bought this game today for my friend and we were excited to play together...and then discovered it was impossible. And then I did research and now find out that it's not possible. So, how come it's like that, will it ever change, etc? |

It's a complicated thing.  The file structure and differences between the Mac build and the PC build are too different for the engine to allow a connection. We would have to change the inner workings -- something we don't have access to - to get it to work. For now it's not possible and we've no official timescale on when or if it will be added, sorry.
