I can not change my name in game, and it is really starting to grind my gears, is there any way I can reprimand this, as I have tried leaving the game entirely, and this has not worked, please send help.

Oh, yeah. Currently the Steam user name overrides this. We'll fix this along the way so that it actually works and gives you an alias instead of using your Steam name everywhere.
