Post subject:  Need help with VCD it won't stop crashing

Ok i've tried literally all fixes posted so far and nothing works i can play the santa's rampage and shadow warrior but not the original game which is the one i most wanted to play the weird thing is i can open the game and go through the menu it's when i click the "start job" button that i get the "BUILT WITH UDK has stopped working" pop up and i can not understand why any help would be greatly appreciated thank you for your time and help.
