Post subject:  Game constantly runs at lower FPS than what it should be
I've searched numerous forums for help and I've done many of their suggested 'fixes' but none have worked for me. Thus I've resorted to this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it three times and there has been no improvement. My requirements surpass what is needed, so i believe it to be another issue, but I have no clue what it is.
- Windows 10
- i7-4770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
- GeForce GTX 780 OC

Hmm, that's certainly odd. :think:
Can you list for me the things you've already tried? So I know if there is anything you may have overlooked.

I'll start by listing two of the most likely causes in this case.

Fix 1:

Check to see that "bDisablePhysXHardwareSupport" is set to False in the "\SteamApps\Common\Viscera\UDKGame\Config\UDKEngine.ini" file.
You can open it up in Windows Notepad. Search for the value mentioned above and make sure it's set to false, then save the file. It could be windows+Unreal Engine turned it off somehow.

Ensure that the game is using your GPU for rendering and not the CPU. Do this by checking the nVidia Control Panel settings, and optionally forcing it to use the GPU for VCD.



If none of these help, then post the contents of your Launch.log file here for review.
You can find the file under \SteamApps\Common\Viscera\UDKGame\Logs\
