I know there is a similair idea to this going along at the moment but this was to different to be posted as a reply. stealthy black in colour. It is about as long as the railgun without silencer and even longer with. It would be mountable and fully automatic but only has 3 bullet clip size, maximum 15 clips and has a very long reload time. You cannot fire it unless mounted as it would be far too heavy and Damage would be similair to RX8 for each bullet. If you saw the sniper in the bourne identite, i picture it something like that. |

Battle Rifle already fullfills the role of a silenced sniper rifle. Otherwise you could just slap a silencer onto the current sniper rifle. No need to make another |

What is an RX8? You mean the RS8? That would be pitiful damage for a rifle. |

I wouldn't really say the battle rifle fulfils that role. It seems that this idea is meant to be much less tactical. With the requirement that it needs to be mounted, you cannot simply walk around and shoot, as you can with the battle rifle. Also, I would imagine that this mounted sniper rifle would have very little recoil compared to the tactical weapons. |

You'd have to give it much more damage capability if it has to be mounted to fire. A gun like this would be incredibly useless compared to an R78. Recoil is a non-issue with current sniper rifles. The R78 and Railgun will both easily recover from recoil as you're working the bolt, and the SRS900 has very little recoil to speak of when crouched and using the scope. It was low enough in v2.0. It's pretty much unnoticeable in v2.1, making it very powerful as a sniper rifle. |

My Idea is a really powerful sniper whicj has a three round shot increasing chance of hitting target. Each shot basically kills enemy so you can spray an individual enemy and almost certainly killing them. Not much accuracy on part of player needed and easy to use but balanced enough to fit in. |
