Standing still with the laser sight on, I'll fire one shot bang on, then the laser indicates that the next shot will be wildly inaccurate, as well as each subsequent shot following the first until a reload. I don't mean to be nitpicky, but if the pistol's going to be useable at all, that aiming has got to be improved significantly. On the whole, this mod is awesome. I like the combination of scifi and realistic guns. Once the glitches get ironed out I'll likely use this mod full time. |

That is the recoil at work, just wait for the aim to get back to it's normal state, only takes a second or two after each shot. |

Yeah and forget about the laser. It's a nice visual gimmick, and can be useful for the occasional stationary headshot, but in the heat of battle it is only distracting. It swings all over the place, suggesting severe inaccuracy, but strangely enough the pistol is pretty accurate when fired -even rapidly- in unlasered mode.

L33t guys don't use l33tspeak, just in case you didn't know.
The laser is more used by newbies as far as I know, since it helps them aim to have a chance against the leet players who don't use the lasers. |

Actually, I just rechecked, and that isn't the recoil at all. Fire one shot, and the laser will indicate that my next one will be way off center. I held that for about thirty seconds before firing another shot, and the laser didn't move back to the center. Every shot past the first in the clip will be off target. Of course, I'm just beating a dead horse. You guys are obviously all aware that the pistol is the worst weapon in the game... |

worst  we'll tweak the little bastard..
tip* after first shot, you'll see its off centre, and will stay off centre.. move mouse, and aim wil shift back to centre..

Worst? Nah, that would probably be skrith blades or something... Just turn off the laser and let the crosshairs and your senses guide you, and ye shall score many kills with the humble pistol! 
Nonetheless... a little less recoil, 14 rnds, real burst... But maybe that should be a new pistol? I do have one in mind, actually!

Skrith blades are definately the worst weapon, or simply melee weapons overall. But I'll check out how the pistol is better, maybe I'll be able to get an actual kill this time around.

About the pistol...it's just me, but I think you guys should change the name just a little bit. A .45 would be a lot more powerful. Then again, this is semi-realistic. |

WTF!! the names fine. back onto the pistol.. just reanimated it.. will have 2 wait for v1.8 tho!! recoil might get tweaked still.. wot u reckon mr.UP?
and magnum is in, but only for v1.8 or v1.2.. and desert Eagle is a simple weapon candidate.. |

i've been testing the pistol in arena and i say is very well balanced so far, don't go making more powerful or the DE (still hoping) and magnam will be useless. but overall the pistol is alot better with 1.72 than any other version.
