Well, considering that they are currently working on Crucible, if they do make BW for UT3, it won't be soon.

In OTHER news, CW is essentially the project that Runestorm has for UT3. Just follow with that and have fun playing that. They'll have upgrade to it that will most likely make it have a few of the features from BW. Don't be surprised if they don't, though. In any case, BW for UT2k4, CW for UT3.

Too late, they already released the first version of the mod. Reason being was to get it entered to the MSUC deadlines for the current Phase. That and a weapon like you described would be absolutely unbalanced, something that completely kills the idea being shot for by the RS devs. A ton of time gets spent towards just balancing all the weapons they make, and I don't really see how you are able to balance that, even as a super weapon.

Edit: Well it looks like RS did indeed get BW ported to UT3. However, it's just a port, not a full-blown project they actually are working on specifically. That project is still CW, not BW. It's pretty obvious too, the weapon models are the exact same as the UT2k4 BW.

That's incredible!

The only problem is my PC's internet screwed up a while ago and now I'm using a mac, which doesn't support fileplanet download manager. :(

The Crucible weapon pack looks cool, though. I'm downloading it now.

Nah, not many people do know about their plans. Heck, even Black Eagle gets surprised by some of the stuff ShadowBlade and DarkCarnivour do. :P
