Only complaint I have is that the Text is rather hard to see in the last one. It would be cool to have that one with a black background, though.

I think you need to change it to another filetype but I don´t know. need to be a bmp file. Use paint to save it to a bmp file.

make the BW a bit darker, like black.

Also triple posting isn't the best thing to do. Remember, the Edit button is your friend.

Don't icons need to be in ICO format?

Nah, they can just be .bmp format.

I doesn´t have any program that can save as a ico so it´s bmp files insted. Works same as ico
