I had this some time in my mind now, a hover vehicle in Skrith Style with Skrith weapons on it. Would be pretty neat if you manage to add a special fire to vehicles too. |

i was thinking just a 1man board, that has proper physics, is fast, no weapons, and can jump around.. if we make it, and it sucks, then it wont go in

That could be pretty fun if it actually has proper physics, although it would be cooler to use your own weapons on the board, like an M50 or something, but I've only seen sometihng like that made in one mod for UT2004. |

Does anyone know the Locust Hover Board? It was a very well done example of a working UT2k4 hover board but it has never been finished, as far as I know it had no proper netcode... Too bad. Maybe you guys could build upon that so we may finally see a fully working hover board someday (and by someday I mean before UT2k7, because that will have hover boards per default). |

I remeber having it donloaded but i didn't use it (never tried it ). Maybe you could make it so that you have a small onboard weapon ( energy canon or something ) that only shoots in front of the board and a small arm with you could use only within a certain angle ( small arms like the pistols not larger ) |

Hmm yea your right about the blades ( just was thinking of the skrith riffle added to the hoverboard) Maybe some tailblade like thing (imagine making a 360 in front of a unsuspecting enemy  )

UT2007 will also have a hoverboard. But I think hoverboards have been overdone by other mods, and I'm not too interested in seeing them in BW. |

Still would like to see a fast vechile that reflects skrith thought. How about something fast with a power lance out in front. You ram it into vechiles and walking targets alike and the lance tip releases and engry pluse that shed walking targets and damages the vechiles it strikes? Could be a fast wheeled vechile, bike/trike,or a hovering craft. |

A over board would be interesting if you ram it through people and cut them in half. You'de still be able to use your other weapon while on the board. Fly-by sword slash!

I'd much rather see more guns than some vehicle like the hoverboard, but I still would want to see it sometime. Better to have good weapons sooner and hoverboards later.

For those who were asking, ChaosUT has a somewhat buggy hoverboard. The cool thing is that you can wield a weapon on it and shoot it, but the bad thing... well, it just moves really weird. Like, it has a boost mode, in which case if you are going off a mountain, you're going to fly. Mainly there were just minor bugs, but I liked the idea. I think that if you guys were to make a hoverboard, have it float at a fixed distance from the ground while allowing full torso movement and fire from own weapon, it would be cool. The CuT team ran into problems with code, though. It sucks that they stopped updating their mod, it was the very first good mod I downloaded (all the other ones were lamely reskinned old weapons). |
