Ok, for a limited time only, I will take three ideas for shields and attempt to make them. Make sure they are just shields and do nothing that you wouldn't expect from a shield, like bouncing back projectiles or controlling time or spawning fluffy bunnies.  ... 
So, give me suggestions, and I'll take the best three that you guys come up with. Best, of course, meaning whatever is easiest for me.
Also, pictures are welcomed greatly.

Tower shield. The look. Up to you hear is an idea. [br][img width=55 height=92]../../files/public/1164404953_223_FT20036_shieldtower.gif[/img] The size. [br][img width=150 height=234]../../files/public/1164404988_223_FT20036_tower_strap_s.jpg[/img] What it can do. Tack damage lots of damage, up to 95% when it’s up in front of you. Decreases movement speed by half, when in use. |

Not familiar with the kite shield, but I do know what a buckler is. Me likes. 
Deadline for suggestions is probably saturday at noonish. Crap... darn timezones... Well, just try and get me suggestions by tomorrow. |

Hmm... interesting ideas. LCD might be a bit difficult, as I'm not entirely sure how you'd hold it, but it'd be a good choice. As for the box, I'm not doing that... its just too darn silly. 
Levi scrap might be good though.
Ok, as I really need to start this soon if you guys want it before 2.0, I'm going t odo a tower shield, the turtle shell, and maybe the LCD TV, if I can figure it out, otherwise a buckler will be made instead. |

You got any ideas how you'd hold an LCD screen as a shield with one hand? |
