Well, I was bored waiting for Holiday Mythbusters to air, so I watched National Geographic, and the show was about this prison called San Quentin or something. I saw some weapons made from alot of junk and thought that it would probably fit nicely in Junk Wars. Here are the main weapon groups they classified: Shank: Stabbing weapons, usually using some sort of common metal object at the end. Blunt Objects: It was interesting, they used newspapers and rolled it up real tight, and this guard found one and he demonstrated it on a box, and he used it five times, and the roll didn't bend. Jail-made spears/lances: They usually take a blunt object like the roll of newspaper described above and sharpen another easy to find object real well so that it can pierce stuff. Here's some ideas of what it could look like. Shank: There was one instance where they used a headless toothbrush and tied a nail, sharp tip up, with tape onto it. There were alot others, but I can't remember how they looked like. By the way, they also used sharpened pencils. Blunt objects: The newspaper one was the only one I saw. Prison made Spears/Lances: Blunt object with any sort of sharpened object at the end. Or, I can just research it and see what other prison weapons are used. |

don't forget the prisnor cross bow (breaks after 2 or 3 shots) and a Zip gun. |

prisoner weapory sounds interesting... i like it.... newspaper sounds like a lot of texturing though
