Is it possible to make the weapons appear on a characters back or something like that? For example, the next weapon that you will take out by using the mousewheel is displayed on your back, and your most powerful sidearm is on your belt? That would add stratergies to the game, and you need to figure out if that guy only has a pistol or not. Some games before UT2004, like Renegade, have done something like this. I would be shocked if UT2004 is not able to handle it with their engine. Then, since I heard someone talk about dropping all weapons. Why not drop all weapons you have displayed on yourself? For example, you drop the gun strapped onto your back and the sidearm on your belt along with the weapon you're carrying? |

Interesting... and with 2.0, you could do other things... Instead of 'most powerful', how about most USED pistol and primary weapon? Or second most if you are using the best ones you've got. |

Coolest is that you can see a weapon in his hands, a weapon on his back, side arm and grenades on belt and melee weapons somewhere. Like Katana on back, X3Knife on belt, Skrith Blades... uuh where these go? And with the max weapon hold combined, you only keep the weapons that you see on urself. Would be cool to see someone fully equipped with guns all over his armor. Oh oh oh Make Armor visible too!! And if his health is low he looks weaker, and more health makes him look stronger. And the amount of adreneline could be shown by the speed of animations xD |

Well i remember having this one mod, when i person grab and or had armor, you'd see the person's model turn all gold-like showing that the armor was on. And everytime u it was hit, u'd hear a sort of sound. I think it was the ProjectUT mod. |

I like this idea, though it is gonna be hard to implement considering all the differently sized & shaped player models |

Good point, but when they move this to a TC, they can force you to use certain models, namely their own, and that could solve a whole lot of problems.

Yeah, you'd have the honor of playing the only DM game Epic have released that didn't need mods to be kickass. |
