i've already requested this feature (see the topic title) but its make me sad to see all this blood in my game, and nothing red  i know you probably work hard on this feature but you can almost tweak anything in the mod, so, why not choose color of blood too ?

You know... actually... This new Bloody Hell has features that make making new gore packs very easy to do.

In my opinion, the alien blood looks like something you pour out of a glow stick. And is there any way that the blood pool is actually a large texture, so that the bubbles don't freakishly expand WITH it? For example, the bubbles appear when the puddle gets larger? |

We all hope it will come with the next major update, which isn't necessarily 3.0, might be 2.1 or 2.5. |

I'd still like to suggest the Blood-Loss mut be incorcorated into Bloody Hell, since the blood-color of the robots aren't compatible anymore (If you mix the current Blood-Loss with Bloody Hell, the robots bleed in TWO COLORS, blue and purple). I'm sad now...

So, how "easy" is making your own blood colors for Bloody hell? On a side note, for the bloodloss thing, I would just imagine the robot having two types of oil. Maybe one full of gas, and the other one unrefined (Imagine the robot heart refines it.. hehe..) Also, you can try replacing the bot blood textures for bloodloss to be the blue blood textures they have for team games. |

Bloody Hell is pretty much useless unless your not playing with the BW guns cause who the heck does that? SB said it was easy to modify the blood/gore color that the BW pawn uses. So i dunno, just hope thats all you can ever do. |

But I like Blood Loss...
To be fair, I just want how the players profusely bleed and leave blood trails when they're near death. I don't care about the actual damage, I just want eye-candy. @Kylin I actually tried that, but alas, the Blue Team Blood still looks different from the Blue Robot Blood. And I just noticed that the Green Team Blood also differs from the Green Alien Blood (since it doesn't glow in the dark)... I'm really sad now...

Bloodloss comes with a custom setting to toggle Team Blood while playing team-based gametypes (CTF, TDM, etc.). It's kinda nifty to know you're actually hunting the right flag-running bastard and not your own injured teammate. There are 4 Team-Colored Bloodtypes all-in-all: Red (default human blood), Blue, Green (default alien blood), and Yellow. |

I think the blood elements of the bots and aliens should be a little more thick. I have viewed both blood textures in UnrealEd and they look a lot darker than they appear in-game. In UnrealEd, the texture images match with the bloodloss texture colors too. |

I have noticed more things that are degraded in-game, like sound effects are unusually washed out in-game than when they are played within UEd or in a media player. Wouldn't this be fixed by making the blood even darker so it appears dark in-game? |

The HaloUT team did a good job for the Flood blood. Then again they did a good job with all the new species blood. |

The fact that SB is interested in making plenty of different colors and making things customizable like blood color per race or random blood color; I think we are gonna do better than HaloUT.

No duh. At a time before Ballistic Weapons (OMG... such a time exists!), the HaloUT mod was one of the best Ut2k4 mods out there, though having EvilEngine helping on coding gibs/blood helped a bunch. The HaloUT succeeded in doing what it needed to do (besides promote Halo) which was creating a real Halo mod, and the blood and gibs were a big plus for them, it integrated perfectly into UT2k4. But yes, BW's gore has already surpassed the HaloUT blood and gibs (which was just re coloring) by leaps and bounds. And i'm all for SB wanting to be able to choose blood/gore color for species (like the HaloUT grunts blue) it will just make me even happier. |

And give BW a new appeal when killing the enemy team. BW is aiming at conquering the world, and what is interesting is that that goal is not far fetched.

Seriously it isn't at all. But I digress, having my Elites and Jackels blow up with BW gore but in Purple instead of red (as of now) would be awesome as hell. |
