If you trow a weapon at an enemy, you hurt him? |

Is this a feature request? |

Nah, i think he felt like stating the obvious. We seriously need a Spam forum, in which spam like threads get tossed into. And no one can post or create threads in said thread. |

I think this is a case of misunderstanding... What he meant was (at least my guess) if you toss a weapon and it's flight path coincides with an enemy, does/could it hurt said enemy? I'm assuming this is probably a feature request. Might be an interesting idea, like in many movies, you run out of ammo in your gun, so, uh... naturally, I guess, you throw the gun at the pursuer in some sort of weak attempt to stop them. |

That does seem like it could be the question. Though i have never been able to get the dam Toss weapon to work. Do you have to hold the key down or just hit it once? |

Should just have to tap it once. |

Why toss a weapon when you can shoot with it? |

If you run out of ammo, and they're too far for melee, you can do what they do in movies. |

You once said yourself Bjossi that whenever you run out of shells in a shotgun you toss the gun rather than reload it. This feature would somewhat encourage that by letting the toss of the gun be usable as an attack. Kinda. |

It was not me who said that... |

I'm pretty sure I heard you say that at one point... But regardless, that would be a case in which you'd throw it. |

But regardless, that would be a case in which you'd throw it. Good luck 'hearing' me say that. If I had ammo, I'd reload the shotgun while using cover. But maybe I'd throw it if I have another good weapon next in the roster. |

If you throw your weapon at an enemy, they pick it up. |

I do love the idea of hurling a gun at somene and killing them. Almost as funny as beating someone to death with a shotgun. They could have it so that they only pick it up if they're facing the weapon and press "Use" at the right moment. |

How 'bout if you hold the "drop weapon" key for a few seconds to make your character throw the weapon? |

Why not make several changes? Like these. 1. To grap a weapon, look at it and press use. 2. If you trow a weapon, it can hurt people if its velocity is fast enough. 3. Make Option to have Max Weapon Hold, so you can only hold three or four weapons. This way you can grap the weapon out of air, but to grap it, you need one of your hands, so with a two handed weapon you cannot shoot for a very short while... LOL Trow an active Sentry Turret to somebody xD |

You know what would hurt if it were thrown? A small object that travels around 300 meters per second. Oh wait, that is a bullet, nevermind. |

And if you have no bullets anymore? Or no time to put your weapon aside to switch to another one? With trowing your weapon, you cut the switching time by half or something... And you have the chance to hit an enemies head which causes him damage, and that little free damage, can give you victory. |

Uh, no use key collectivity please. Thats for slower paced games The weapon does damage as long as it is airbourne and cannot be collected, once on the ground you can just walk over it like normal. But teammates should still able to walk into the pickup and collect it in midair. I dont want to hand my buddies a rifle only to give them a black eye. |
