Based on ideas mentioned in the new stuff thread...

Every time someone's head is shot or blown off, it explodes in a cloud of blood, bone & brain tissue. Robots and aliens have their own species-specific fx. This replaces the bouncing red skull / alien / robot head thingy (or maybe it would just replace it in some cases, like extreme damage or randomized).

The same thing happens when a limb is ripped off, a nice explosion of flesh, blood & bone / purple stuff & robot parts.

This would be a logical extension of BW's missile / grenade hit FX.

That sound about right Mr. UglyPants? :P

I posted after seeing your post SB but since you posted t 11 AM and i'm at 8 AM right now mine goes above I think that system needs to be fixed cause everyone is from everywhere cause now they'll be alot a double even triple posts in threads.

I love gore. When my character dies, and my friend is watching, I say "Let's respawn after his body tumbles of the hill and smack right into that wall!"

Gore is why I play FPS. It is because it is nice and juicy. But I want to adress something about only headshots for gibs. Full gibs are impossible, but it is possible for guys to lose legs from shotgun buckshots. or arms. I wonder if a mod can be created where you can lose all your arms and legs, some limbs, limbs+ head, or just your head without full- gibbing or sacrificing the blood.

*Rant* I've always hated the fact that most of the time in UT2004 if you shoot someone with a M50 nade or UT2k4 Roxs near the floor close or on their legs they usually lose only one of the legs, it sucks you barely see anyone being blown away from a M50 nade without legs! *End Rant*

This mod is so for the Gore lovers!

we want to improve the gore badly!! and especially about the screwed up damages.. bullets gib, and explosives do nothing!! sucks.. and better head shots, drag marks, gibs and so on.. it will come. we r hellishly busy at the moment..

hes not onto anything!! this is a seperate project, that is compatible with BW.. you'll see when its done.. i'll just say, that it takes care of a few ideas posted round here ;)
