Id like to see a whole load of things added to this already great mod. Lets be able to see ourselves in first person, not like in halo where u can only see yours legs, but like that Riddeckk game where you could look down and see shoulders arms legs ect. this might could be done by manipulating the behindview camera so that it is just infront of the players head ( about where the face is). some models have the face's texture displayed on both the outside and inside, this might could be fixed by removing the head of the model ( like a headshot does). The ragdoll just dosnt look right, the players kinda fall rather slowly (the source engine has rather entertaining ragdoll effects) also add an option to allow the corpses to remain for a configurable amount of time. i think there was a mutator by the name of slaughter 2004 that did this, but i know that it conflicts with certain other mutatos (ut2004 rpg). In infiltration ( for the first ut) when you fell from a great hight you droped you wepon upon contact with the ground and had to get up from a prone position ( maby add prone as well) and walk over and pick back up your gun. It bugs me every time i see it but whenver anyone jumps in a pudle of water ( or a lake) in ut they come out just as dry as they went in. Make them get wet, you might could do this by adding another texture onto the player that matches the texture of the water but has another texture as an alpha channel and have it animated to look like they players slowly dry off, also might could add emmiters to simulate the water dripping off of the players (could attach them to the joints in the player models). and ahh o yeh thanks again for the great mod.

wow thats a lot of stuff....I can answere one of your things though, there is a mutator for corpses to drop at a normal rate, i have it and it is pretty good, try looking up "mutnormaldeath"...if you cant find it let me know and i'll get it to you

Being able to see the shoulders and arms is going to be very difficult, one would have to stick the camera view in a proper location, and if that is done the view would jump around like crazy.

If you use modified behind view, the movement of the model is going to make things look funny if the above isn't done.

Well you'll just have to wait for UT2k7 and Brothers in Arms: Hells Highway to come out, reason BiA:HH is here is that you can see your body you cast a shadow etc. so wait until UT2k7 is out and BW starts developing for that system!

Is Brothers in Arms HH made with UE3.0?
Still, if the UT2007 original characters will have bouncy movement animations, it will be basicly impossible to make the model visible.

if you spend too much time looking at your shoulders and feet you'll get shot...nothing intended i just dont understand why one would need that in a game as fast paced as UT

Maybe visible body in 1st person view doesn't really play a big role, but they'd still be a nice touch. :)

1st person body... hmmm... have to see about it.. and we want to tweak the physics a lot more.. make it more like it should be.. less floaty!!

That is possible, but then the view would bob around like crazy, just look at the movements of the models in 3rd person.

its as i said it would be a major waste of time, plus mods like HaloUT (now Spartan7) are doing what BW is doing now, they've made muts, maps, weapons and models that all for UT2k4 no TC and its huge git! If BW goes TC, if sure its going to loose a ton of its fans (namely ME and maybe Bjossi! !lol )

cool, interesting but unessessary and really doesnt add anything to gameplay other than aesthetics. I do however support the idea of the prone position....that would be really nice and its a great idea...i have no idea why i didnt think about that

no worries.. no friggin Parrot gun!! anyway.. most likely 1st person view thing for now.. Prone would be nice.. seems the only trouble about it, is making the anims right!! if we want it bad.. we will find some way.. some way...

The real prboblem (for this) is getting the first person weapons to look like they're in the hands of yer fyrst person body! Impossible with UT's current player models... We would have to do something really tough to make this feature right...
It is a possibility for future stuff...
I don't think any amount of FORCE will get this one right very quickly...
