I've been waiting to see a decent lazer tank for a while. Now, A good lazer tank should ideally hover, though you can do without the hovering if you must. The one thing that must be done correctly is the sound effects. No machine gun or "tsssew" Buck Rogers/Bitch shot that sounds like its coming from a Dollar Store toy lazer gun. Make it huge, like part explosion, part lazer shot. The lazers of course need to be a single canon like blast, Similar to the way the shock rifle use to work (x4 in size) Of course, you would want to add a spiral particle effect, similar to the Gauss gun. Now, to the meat of the gun. Capacity: 2 People Driver Primary Fire: Single Lazer Canon Blast Driver Secondary Fire: (If Hovering) Jump/lift up Or Zoom Passanger Primary Fire: Dual Turret Lazers (basicly dual shock rifles Primary fire with half the damage) Passanger Secondary Fire: Zoom in/out OR Perhaps a small salvo of missles (hint hint) Top Speed: A little faster then Goliath Armor: Med/Heavy The idea is to actually have a hover tank and lazer tank done right. To many people make lazer tanks into these over grown machine guns of light that suck. Now, of course i am a strong beliver that in team games it would be nice for the turret operator, or 2nd man in the vehicle to have a greater role then shooting a weapon he pretty much can use on the ground anyways. |

Now that's a really cool idea...a tank that needs a team to drive it

Ion Plasma Tank is not quite like this tank, with this tank you need actual skill to get a kill. 
And by the way, I hope you RS guys will make the custom high quality laser effects like we saw in the TIC. That is if you decide to create this vehicle. |

if we decide (TIC is no laser gun).. but laser tanks arnt on our list of vehicles yet.. although some of them have energy weapons..

Woo, this lazer tank will really show something. If it needs a team to operate it, it'll really add to the realism. Driver, turretman, Main Artillery, Recon, bla bla the entire tank crew. |
