Manufacturer: Ipira Industries Armor: 400 Weaponry: Combine up front. Twin flamethrowers rear turret. Crew: 2 (Driver seat) Primary Fire: Activates turbo for short period of time, increasing the speed. (Rear Turret) Fires a jet of ingited fuel. (Driver seat) Alternate Fire: Folds out the side combines. (Rear Turret) Fires a jet of unignited fuel. (Driver seat) Crouch: Enables auto-pilot, and puts the driver into the rear turret. Auto-pilot can be disabled by going into the driver's seat or it auto-shutdowns if no-one is left inside the vehicle. Description: Born during a crisis situation when a detachment of soldiers carrying agricultural supplies were cornered inside a fortified city against an overwhelming army of over a hundred-thousand infantry soldiers. Unable to get air-support, airlift or even heavy bombardments from space due to severe sand-storms, not to mention heavy armour being occupied by the enemy's own armour preventing a break-through push to relieve the besieged soldiers. Running low on supplies, the order was given to mount as much armor as possible onto lightly armoured jeeps, installing combines from the shipment at the front, and somehow create a basic flamethrower turret on the back. The desperate bid helped, as they blew up the giant doors barring the entry to the city. The enemy was caught off-guard, only hearing the screams of their comrades as the maniacal machines as they were shredded and toasted. The enemy was left either dead or routed. The improvised design was put into the offical production line with several tweaks, a more reliable flamethrower turret, new v16 twin turbo engine, and an auto-pilot option to take you to your destination while you occupy the rear flamethrower turret. |
