need help setting u server with BW

Post subject:  need help setting u server with BW
I have the files install in my server when open my webadmin i see BW to put on mutators when go back to default it crashes out.
I also put this in my 2004inifile

I still cant make tjhem to workk any advice?

The BCore's need to go above the Ballistic's.
