I was wondering how I can reduce the amount of weapon bobbing/movement ?

In the Mutators menu, when you have added Ballistic to the current game, press the Mutator Options button (or similar, don't remember quite what it's called). In the resulting menu, on one of the tabs, modify the Chaos scale. |
