From my bountiful imagination... Gnomes are basically dwarf statues, and Dwarfor would be some really badass dwarf, just like Skeletor is a really badass, uh, skeleton. So it's actually a honorary title of sorts. I think.

I'm pretty sure that rank can only be earned by slaying craploads of enemy combatants, not by prodigious posting on the RS forums.

look at redshift hes working on his 3rd pack now and hes a battle master and not a warlord...unless battle master is higher...which i doubt, and that brings up a whole rant if it is, and if it isnt well he should have a much higher rank

Personally I don't think its nescesary at all, but it would kind of be nice to give RedShift a little more recongnition.

we dont need a script to do it automatically..just have an appointed individual...maybe it could be part of the moderator's powers

oh yes and Bjossi gets a special rank too for his valour as a moderator, as well as other moderators....something outside of the current rank structure, or at least unobtainable unless appointed by quess what...another moderator, or the RS Devs

Yes, I'm sure there are many 11 year olds that select Easy skill and mow down nazis like puppets with a stick up their ass. But I on the other hand, go for the challenge; healthy and dangerous foes.

Now, I deserve a custom rank because of the above, and I have been a Warlord for too damn long. I say rebalance the ranks AND give mods the ability to hand out custom ranks to people of choice.

What about removing the ranks and bring back the old Karma system? Members give each other karma, kind of like respect points.
