This is looking really fun. I am really looking forward to 2.0.

But, am I the only one that doesn't see the character models for the players manning the turrets in the third picture down? There are names over the guns but no people behind them. Am I just missing something or what?

How does the sprinting work? does it have somekind of stamina system or you just can run around but not shoot?

And how many new toys (guns) will there be in 2.0?

4 news guns in it + all old BP weapons can be used in loadout.

I just got an 8800GTX, and it's running really poorly in UT2K4. I'm wondering if there's some kind of bottleneck because I only have one gig of RAM. The minimum requirement for that card is one gig, I don't know if it's being held back, or if I have some kind of other awful problem with my system.

dunno. UDRK, put this in the general and or support section, we don't want this thread to go OT.
BTW try the rendering in the settings menu, switch through software or DirectX renderer it might help.

Or it could be an everything map. An Onslaught, a TMD, DM, CTF, DDom, Assault, and BR map! Just have to make an extra island on the other side...

Man i tell you guys i have had alot of fun with that minigun oh man its awsome as bullets ly past you and rip you to shreds....

as for the flamer im always on fire and being blasted across the map by the hole in my pack...
