I'm guessing you just overwrite 1.6 with 1.7!!

Also the download is so F**king slow like 28.5 kb per second!

Still at least 6x faster than dialup.

dial up if i remember correctly is 52 kb so this is like half that!!!

Don't be silly, when I had 28.8 Kbps dialup it had around 4 Kbs per second transfer rate.

Remember connection speeds are always written as xx MBits, there are 8 bits in one byte. So 56.6k dialup is in fact only around 6 - 7 Kbs download speed.

well its still slow as hell and for the last half hour my internet died so now i have to download this darn thing all over again!

If you use Firefox or Opera, their download managers save download progress in a temp file, so you can continue the download if your connection fails or something else happens.

i do use FireFox, but say if the connection dies and i have the window/box that shows the file downloading (which it wouldn't be) would i just close the download manager than reopen it when the connection is back on and i'll be able to start up again?

Nah, it's a map I hacked together by taking someone's blood gulch and adding in some vehicles that AgentScully made. It's only on my server. (I redirect everything)

ok.. not to be to off topic, but the G5 is supposed to go up!! it is much more effective outside, against fleeing vehicles..

But the G5 isn't a mortar. :S
Plus, if you want to launch the rocket into the air, then it is enough to simply aim into the air and lock on a flying vehicle that way.

our reasoning behind the mortar style, is for Onslaught.. think about it.. you launch a rocket straight, and it follows the vehicle till it goes behind a small mound of dirt, and then it fails coz it lost him.. whereas when it goes up, it can see the guy for much longer, and he has little chance of escape.. i guess u just have to way up how these things will work before u do it:laugh:
