DESCRIPTION : What's the deal here? It does plenty of damage offline, but all it does online is the "on fire" thing, but with no real injury. More of a minor annoyance than a real danger.

Has anyone noticed its not just bots capable of that triple wielding bug?

After playing around with dual wielding one time, I planted the M50 camera on a wall and checked myself out.

I was triple wielding too. Bot style.

Its not visible in first person view, the triple wielded weapon is vistigal and cannot be fired.

Looks like the whole triple wielding business is caused by the game not being told when to return to the single wielding animation.

BASIC DESCRIPTION : X3 weapon special allows user to throw the last knife with judicious spamming

DESCRIPTION : If you spam the Weapon Special key fast enough, you can throw all 12 knives instead of just 11. What's worse is that you still have a knife to swing after throwing the twelfth one, although I was not able to test whether or not it actually does damage.

EDIT: The "0" Knife leaves marks on surfaces where it strikes.

Basic Description: Blocking weapons for loadout selection in Ballistic Settings does not work.

EDIT: Ok, I figured it out. This was simply a case of my being stupid, not looking at the setup screen very closely, and forgetting to RTFM. The above feature works perfectly fine on my system, now that I know how to tweak it properly. Move along, nothing to see here.

i found a bug when i tried to use a MG under water in Face3.
the mesh stays still in the water and my camera can turn.

Hey, I've figured out why the aiming mode seemed overpowered to some and fair to others... looks like we've got a major bug here which is activated only occasionally.

Basic Description: Aiming sometimes removes recoil.

Description: Take an XRS and fire a long burst into a wall. Due to recoil, the bullet holes should follow a kind of a curve with notable spread. Then aim the XRS and fire a long burst. All the bullets will hit exactly the same spot with very little spread. This thing never happens to XK2 and Fifty-9, the rest of the weapons may or may not suffer from this depending on devil knows what. There's a 25-30% chance that a certain weapon loses all of its recoil in aiming mode when you enter a match. That's why I used to think that aiming was overpowered and gave an unfair bonus.

hmmm.. interesting.. i must check that out...

btw.. many of these crashes reported here, are not BW

BW Features do not appear in Recorded Demo

Description: If you try to record an ingame demo with Ballistic Weapons, very few elements actually appear. The G5s don't cause explosions, what would have been headshots with a sniper do not appear in the demo, and gore almost never appears.

Basically, these are some of the things that appear/disappear:
No weapon hand despite having one by default
No gore elements except for spats on some surfaces.
Many projectile effects disappear
Some projectiles disappear altogether
Weapon decals sometimes do not appear.

Water gives soo many bugs with BW...

There should be alot of tests with water volumes!! Many, many bugs will be found.

Basic Description: Motion blur/dizzinez stops the game

Description: When I play on Lan or instant act. I allways get the irretating bug. If i get shot or, more often if something explodes close to me there is suddenly a 3 secs pause and then the entire screen flickers!
Then the only thing i can do is to click Alt-Tab two times to get out and then in to the game again, then its back to normal, but then of course I ussualy find myself lying dead on the floor....

That is a problem with your computer's graphics acceleration, not the mod. Try to update video drivers.

i'm gonna download the latest driver then. But what did you mean by acceleration, is it going to slow for the game or something?

Graphics acceleration is the video card + drivers.
And no, it is not too slow. Slow hardware does not cause crashes, it causes lag. But crashes can occur if the video card or the driver don't support a feature the game is trying to display.

Description: 1. Get yourself any BW weapon 2. Run a few meters 3. You'll see how chaos affects your aim as the crosshair gets bigger 4. Now run a few meters forward without touching anything but the forward button 5. Once you've stopped, you'll see the crosshair stay big as if the increased chaos was still applied to the weapon 5. Pressing any key or mouse button will reset the chaos factor to its normal value, though if it's the fire button that's pressed, the first bullet will be affected by an incorrect chaos value - 'cause you're standing still and the chaos factor is that of a running person! It's a bug that has nearly no impact on gameplay, but still a bug.

Also Bjossi, about the graphic processor, i checkt on the nvidia.com and i got the latest diver for my graphiccard, its GeForce 6700.
So i wonder what the problem can be then.

Check the forums and see what people have to say asbout that version of the driver. Just because it's the latest doesn't mean it's the greatest.

DX9.0c is the newest version, there are many versions of it too, April last year was the last version I installed. DX10 is only for Vista OSs.

A new DX9c was out in February, a lack thereof usually causes a lot of trouble with newer videocard drivers.
