...dont want to sound like a dick, but i feel like it ends up with words like "oh i'm sorry everybody i lost all of my files, my computer is messed and i have to format my hard drive and all information (anims,codes etc...) has gone ! ...so thats why i'm stoping this bonus pack forever...sorry again...

...that would be much more better if anyone who release mods wouldn't post any news atl all, no words, no promises etc...just a hard work, and then TA DAH - the mod gets released as a nice surprise, other then post news about concrete mod like every 2-3 days, when its total progress even not half complete....duh and keeps us all waiting for a long long time !

A.) They have other things to do besides modding.
B.) They have right to sit on a comfy chair instead of spending hours on a mod.
C.) They have right to release this mod when ever they desire.
D.) No one forces you to sit and wait till its release, go and read some book.

TJKo stop being such a spoiled little brat. Top-end mods such as these take more than just three months to make. Sgt. Kelly's first part took quite a while to make- certainly more than three months. This second part is delayed due to animation problems, etc. Don't expect them to issue these mods, weapon packs etc, as if they owe you something. They do not owe you anything. They do this in their own time, at their pleasure. Be thankful these talented guys share their talents online with us- and for free too!

i didnt want to sound harsh, but you know you're guys here almost the only ones who didnt stop to make mods for UT2004, that why i'm just bored of waitung, if there were more new weapon mutators as an alternative i wouldnt even say something, but as far as mod making for UT2004 is almost dead today i rely all my hopes on you guys, cause you know i kind tired of all those weapon mutators i use, i kinda want something new you know....seriously SGt Kelly i like your first BP you released, but all those weapons you know...its not really original, you should try Crossbows, laser and plasma guns etc... more variety in weapon types, rather then hundred of shotguns, thousands of pistols and dozens of sniper rifles, so more Unrealistic weapons would make justice such as Plasma, Laser, Impulse, Magnetic, Ultrasonic, Ion or Bio cannons...there's so much things that could be better then all that is already released...

He can't model or animate you little runt. He has to get others to animate for him, he codes, skins, and does most of that hard work, and then the rest of the difficult work is done by a community member kind enough to do so. On top of this, he has to make sure it fits into the Archon universe to some degree AND balance it AND make sure it's fun AND make sure it's innovative! BW 2.0 took, what, a year? Two years to produce!? And that was a LOT of content. Here, Kelly is doing something on levels that are almost on-par with that excluding modeling, to create something to keep us playing. Now sit, and wait, or don't speak at all about this. There's a difference between minor impatience & longing, and stupidity and greed. You're in the latter of the two zones. So shush.

You seem to think that modders come up with that excuse just to deny you your precious files. First off, computer crashes and malfunctions are not things we can control. If our systems go down, we have all the right to pack up and stop. This mod has already gone through two crashes and survived, so you obviously haven't even read the past pages. Second off, if you think that's the path this mod is going to take, stop watching now. Pessimistic ideas like this are not welcome. You have certainly come off as a dick.




Once again, you obviously haven't read the past couple of pages. There have been a multitude of progress reports, status updates, and even in-game pictures posted. I guess you don't count the addition of 3 brand-new fully functional weapons 'progress'.



You don't have the right to request anything, frankly. I'm designing this mod on my own time and don't even have to release it. I could lock this thread and stop right now, if I wanted. But I won't do that because this is a thankful gift to the supportive community on this board.

Eh, i'm not doing much with BW recently anyway, just been playing with excessive mod and stuff lol, tons of custom crap i've downloaded over the past 2 years... gets very fun now and then.

This is BW you know, it's SEMI-REALISTIC. so no magic weapons (Unless it's justifiable.), Bio, ion ultrasonic, etc. Plasma and laser could work out because it we already have plasma weapons. If you don't like thousands of bullet weapons, then don't bother downloading this because there is another sniper rifle and another minigun. Yes there's a plasma beam gun and a BFG.

I do agree with the Sniper Rifle, and I may have said some nasty stuff about "We don't need another sniper rifle" But as Sgt Kelly Said...



He's doing something great for the community because RS stopped making stuff for UT2004, he's extending BW greatly, don't complain, just go with the flow.
